With that in mind HelpZ gives our users the option to opt-in to our Back to School assistance program for families with school age children. For every $1000 that a user spends through the app. HelpZ will deliver free and complete school supplies to a school age child within a household or a household of your choice at the beginning of each school year. Click here to get more information on how to opt-in to this program for your free school supplies. This offer extends to college age students as well who sign up as Providers for HelpZ. However for the college student, you will need to provide services and earn up to $6000.00 or more using the HelpZ app in order to qualify for assistance, which is capped at $500 per student in school supplies.

Cancel a request
Sometimes you may wish to cancel a request. The HelpZ app will allow you do this two to five minutes after you submit a request, but a cancellation fee ranging from $5 to $10 may be charged depending on city.

Rate your driver
1. At the end, HelpZ will ask you to rate your Provider from 1 to 5 stars (5 being the highest). This rating will affect the driver's current overall rating that all Requesters see, thus enabling you to either recommend or warn against the Provider. The HelpZ app does not facilitate tipping.
